Dr. Deborah A. Jeffries

Dr. Jeffries (aka Dr. Deb) began her career in physics, engineering, IT, and medicine. She has taught college level pathophysiology, hematology, and pathology. She has focused her clinical activity on prevention and wellness, with a focus on nutrition, exercise and stress reduction. For the last 18+ years, she has focused on telemedicine, virtual care and distance learning to help bridge the gap between health experts and educators and those who need their services.

Scott has 30 years of experience in telehealth in the government, academic, and commercial sectors. He has a broad base of telehealth experience, including clinical telehealth operations, systems engineering, project management, program management, product management, training, research, evaluation, and leadership. Scott has presented and published extensively on various aspects of telehealth, is a former member of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) Board of Directors, an ATA Fellow, and a member of the of the Telemedicine and e- Health Journal editorial board.

Cheryl has two decades of experience in helping healthcare organizations navigate the complexities of the grants process. Working with Non-Profit, For-Profit and State/Local organizations alike, Cheryl and her team of grant managers have assisted in the development of funding strategies, provided support throughout the spectrum of the grant application process and guided awardees through post-funding activities.

Isaiah Nathaniel is CIO at DVCH, a 42-million-dollar non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Ambulatory Healthcare Company. Isaiah is responsible for developing and executing the overall information system strategy. He earned a BS in Management Information Systems from Delaware State University where he also was a four-year letterman for the Men’s Basketball team. He graduated from the prestigious DiverseForce OnBoards program offered at the University of Pennsylvania and is an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council. He is passionate about providing the underserved a first-class healthcare experience.
